Alternative Routes - Continue past R75 as directed by traffic officials via the top road into Kirkwood. Signage in place.

PE to Kirkwood via Motherwell/ Addo R336 (mind the potholes) Brings u straight into Kirkwood

R75 from PE/Uitenhage turn right to Kirkwood. At T Junction turn left to Kirkwood. 2 options.
 

Take detour left at Dreamers sign for safe parking at SRCC next to festival grounds (Follow all signs to Wesbank then right turn to Kirkwood)

If u proceed directly into Kirkwood, pull off as indicated at Rietberg sports grounds. R10 grants secure parking and free bus ride to festival gates. Bus times available from Info office and other points of signage.

NB NB NB As we love our small town and its warm-hearted residents we appeal to festival visitors not to turn into Main Street to access the festival grounds as Whytes Road is closed at the bottom section. All traffic please continue along Sonop street as marked - turn left into McDonald and then left into Whytes Road for convenient parking for permit holders only. Other visitors who do not wish to pay for parking are encouraged to fill the side streets accordingly. Traffic wardens and officials are on hand to assist. We stress that for your optimum safety, you avail yourself of the paid parking facilities and free bus service.
